What we collect
When you join the founding list or reserve a stake: your email address, the amount you chose (reservations only), the version of the consent text shown to you, a timestamp, and the signup source. That’s all — no accounts, no passwords.
What we use it for
To keep your place in line, to contact you when the offering opens (essentially the one email we plan to send), and to keep a legally required record of testing-the-waters interest. We don’t sell or rent your data. Ever.
Cookies & tracking
The site works without cookies. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and ad-measurement (Meta Pixel) run only if you accept them in the cookie banner; declining keeps everything usable. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing site data.
Where your data lives
On servers in the United States (Railway, PostgreSQL), access-restricted and encrypted in transit.
Your rights
Email us to see, correct, or delete your data at any time — deletion simply removes you from the list. For EU/EEA visitors: the legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw whenever you like.
